木藤蓼不同提取部位抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶活性研究

Study on Inhibition of Xanthine Oxidase Activity in Different Extract Parts of Fallopia aubertii L.Henry Holub

目的:建立体外抗痛风药物筛选模型,对木藤蓼不同部位提取物进行抗痛风体外活性筛选研究。方法:利用黄嘌呤-黄嘌呤氧化酶筛选模型,用木藤蓼不同部位的提取物进行抗痛风活性筛选,并测定IC50值。结果:木藤蓼不同部位提取物对黄嘌呤氧化酶的抑制率大小顺序为:95%乙醇>正丁醇>乙酸乙酯>水>石油醚。结论:为进一步合理开发和利用木藤蓼资源提供了数据支撑。

Objective To establish a screening model for antigout drugsand study anti-gout activity screening of extracts from different parts of Fallopia aubertii L.Henry Holub in vitro.Methods The antigout activity of extracts from different parts of Fallopia aubertii L.Henry Holub was screened by the model ofxanthine-xan-thineoxidase,and the IC50 value was determined.Results The inhibition rate of xanthine oxidase in different extract parts of Fallopia aubertii L.Henry Holub was different,and the order of inhibition rate was:95%ethanol>n-butyl>ethyl acetate>water>petroleum ether.Conclusion It provides data support for further rational development and utilization of Fallopia aubertii L.Henry Holub resources.
