王宝亮运用扶阳开郁法治疗老年期抑郁障碍经验

Wang Baoliang's Experience in Treating Senile Depressive Disorder with the Method of Fu Yang Kai Yu

老年期抑郁障碍属中医郁证范畴,症状表现多种多样,近年来发病率增高,严重影响患者生活质量,西医治疗方面以抗抑郁药治疗为主。王宝亮教授认为其中医病因病机以肾虚为根本,以肾阳虚为主,并常常兼夹痰瘀气滞。中医治疗方面以温阳开郁、升阳开郁、通阳开郁为治则治法,循序渐进,兼以理气、祛痰、疏肝、安神等。用药方面注重扶助阳气但不能过燥,驱邪而不伤正。
