摘要
手电钻是电动产品体系中必不可少的一部分,握把的设计就需要符合人体工程学的相关技术数据。本文基于人机工程学原理,通过观察法和访谈法进行调研,优化手电钻使用方式和造型,研究产品在使用过程中的角度变化,调整产品的使用角度。提出一种符合人机使用优化的设计思路,希望其具有良好的人机易用性,对于家用手电钻的设计具有一定的参考价值。
The electric hand drill is an essential part of the electric product system,and the design of the grip needs the relevant technical data in accordance with human engineering.Based on the principle of ergonomics,this paper optimizes the use mode and shape of the flashlight drill,studies the angle change of the product in the use process,and adjusts the use angle of the product.It is hoped that it has good man-machine usability and has a certain reference value for the design of household electric drill.
