摘要
利用可变二维码和5G通信技术,结合水表生产、检定、安装、周期轮换的流程,建立一套水表全生命周期信息的管理系统。可优化水表生产企业的管理模式,提高行政部门的监管力度,增加消费者对计量数据的认同感,并实现节能低碳无纸化。
This paper sets up the information management system for lifecycle of water meter by using variable QR code and 5G communication technology and combining with the process of water meter production,verification,installation and periodic rotation.The system will optimize the management mode of enterprises,improve the supervision of administrative departments,increase the consumers’acceptance of measurement data,and realize energy saving,low carbon and paperless environment.
