TAC膜翘曲问题分析与研究

摘要 溶剂流延法制作的TAC膜具备优异的光学特性,将其粘贴于PVA偏光膜的两面,可起到提高其物理机械特性又隔绝外界水汽影响的保护作用。但TAC膜存在吸水率高、尺寸安定性与表面特性易受环境影响等缺点,翘曲问题是TAC膜缺点的具体表现之一。TAC膜在制作偏光片及功能膜时,因翘曲易造成收卷变形、覆膜起皱、粘合翘边、涂层晶点等问题。本文通过系列试验,从储存环境和生产工艺两个方面,分析导致膜翘曲的原因,建立快速检验TAC膜翘曲的方法,并通过优化储存环境和生产工艺改善翘曲问题。 The TAC film prepared by solvent casting has excellent optical properties.Sticking the TAC film on both sides of PVA film can improve its physical and mechanical properties and protect it from the influence of external water vapor.However,TAC film has some disadvantages,such as high water absorption rate,dimensional stability and surface characteristics susceptible to environmental influences.Warping is one of the shortcomings of TAC film.When TAC film is used to make polarizer and functional film,it is easy to cause problems such as winding deformation,film wrinkling,adhesion edge warping,coating point and so on.In this paper,through a series of tests,from the storage environment and production process two aspects,analysis of the causes of film warpage,establish a rapid test method for TAC film warpage,and improve the warpage problem by optimizing the storage environment and production process.
