摘要
以铼酸铵为掺杂剂研究了铼掺杂对碳化钍钨阴极微观组织与力学性能的影响。利用金相显微镜研究了铼的掺杂量对碳化钍钨晶粒大小的影响,并用静压力计与冲击试验台测试分析了铼掺杂量对其力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着铼掺杂量的增加,碳化钍钨阴极晶粒逐渐减小,静压强度与抗冲击能量逐渐增加,当铼掺杂量超过0.5%时,晶粒大小与力学性能无明显变化。
The effects of rhenium-dopant content on the microstructure of Th-W carbonized cathodes are observed by using optical microscope,and the mechanical properties of the cathodes are measured by static pressure gauge and impact tester.The results show that the grain size decreases from 220 to 20μm,and the strength and the impact toughness of the cathodes are improved obviously with the increase of rhenium content;but when the rhenium content exceeds 0.5%,there are no significant changes in microstructure and mechanical performance.
