摘要
微波加热以其即时性、选择性、高效性等特点被广泛地应用于食品、化工等行业;但微波加热中存在加热均匀性差的问题,特别是当容器为圆柱状时具有聚焦效应,会出现在半径方向中心温度高,离中心越远,物料温度越低的加热不均匀现象。本文基于热传导效应,分析了容器损耗对微波加热的影响,比较了玻璃、刚玉、碳化硅材料制成的圆柱状容器中不同材料(土豆、水、甲醇溶液)在单模腔和多模腔中的温度分布。通过COMSOL Multiphysics仿真发现具有损耗的碳化硅柱状容器能够很大程度地提升微波加热的均匀性。
Microwave heating is widely used in food and chemical industries due to its instantaneity,selectivity and high efficiency.However,microwave heating has a problem of poor heating uniformity,especially in a cylindrical container there is focusing effect.The focusing effect appears that the temperature in the center of the radial direction is high,and the farther away from the center,the lower the material temperature is.In this article,based on heat conduction effect,we analyze the temperature distribution of different materials(potato,water and methanol solution)placed in the cylindrical vessels made of glass,corundum and silicon carbide in single-mode cavity and multi-mode cavity respectively.The COMSOL Multiphysics simulation shows that the cylindrical vessel with loss silicon carbide material can make a good contribution in heating uniformity.
