摘要
根据国家电改意见,南方区域将在2020年全面启动电力现货交易市场。笔者主要对电改原因、实施电力现货交易可能存在的挑战以及广西水电企业将面临的困难进行讨论,提出水电企业在实施电力现货交易模式时的应对措施。
According to the opinions of the state power reform,the southern region will start the electricity spot trading market in 2020.The author mainly discusses the reasons for the power reform,the possible challenges in the implementation of electricity spot trading,and the difficulties that Guangxi hydropower enterprises will face,and puts forward the countermeasures for hydropower enterprises in implementing the mode of electricity spot trading.
