新旧输电线路引流板发热问题的思考与对策 被引量:3

摘要 针对耐张引流板发热问题,笔者通过分析耐张引流板产生发热的条件和负荷电流、电阻对引流板发热的影响,得出引流板接触电阻值增大是导致发热的主要原因。通过分析近年来直升机巡视时采集的红外测温数据,发现引流板发热现象主要出现在新投运的输电线路和运行多年的老线路,并对新旧线路耐张引流板接触电阻增大的原因进行分析并提出解决措施,进一步探讨采用新型材料研制耐张引流板、研制一种耐张引流板发热处理贴等问题,以便从本质上根治引流板发热的通病。 In view of the heating problem of the tension drainage plate,the author analyzes the heating conditions of the tension drainage plate and the influence of the load current and resistance on the heating of the drainage plate,and concludes that the increase of the contact resistance value of the drainage plate is the main reason for the heating.By analyzing the infrared temperature measurement data collected during helicopter inspection in recent years,it is found that the heating of drainage plate mainly occurs in the newly put into operation transmission line and the old line which has been running for many years.The reason for the increase of contact resistance of tension drainage plate of new and old lines is analyzed and the solution measures are proposed.Further discussion is made on the development of tension drainage plate with new materials and the development of a kind of heat generation place of tension drainage plate in order to fundamentally solve the common problem of the heating of drainage plate.
