浅谈长洲水利枢纽机组轴瓦的保护措施

为防止在机组运行过程中轴瓦烧损事故的发生,避免造成重大损失,针对造成轴瓦损伤的可能原因,在机组投产时及投产后,采取了增加供油流量开关等多种轴瓦保护措施,提高了机组在运行过程中轴瓦的可靠性,从而确保了机组安全运行。通过实践证明,保护措施的实施取得了良好的效果,也为解决类似的问题提供了很好的借鉴。

In order to prevent the occurrence of bearing pad burning accident during the operation of the unit and avoid causing heavy losses,in view of the possible causes of bearing pad damage,during and after the unit is put into operation,a variety of bearing pad protection measures such as adding oil supply flow switch are adopted to improve the reliability of bearing pad during the operation of the unit,so as to ensure the safe operation of the unit.Through practice,it has achieved good results and provided a good reference for solving similar problems.
