机组开机过程中风闸上腔不排气原因分析及处理

Cause Analysis and Treatment of No Exhaust in Upper Chamber of Air Brake During Unit Starting up

乌江渡发电厂3号机组在开机过程中曾发生机组制动风闸下落后上腔不排气现象,导致自动开机流程不能继续执行,文章针对该厂出现的此种现象的原因进行分析论证,并采取相应处理措施,以提高机组开机成功率。

During the starting up process of unit 3 in Wujiangdu Power Plant,there was a phenomenon that the upper chamber did not exhaust after the braking air brake of the unit fell down,resulting in the failure of automatic starting up process.This paper analyzes and demonstrates the causes of this phenomenon in the power plant,and takes corresponding measures to improve the success rate of unit starting up.
