摘要
采用高通量计算方法进行了304控氮奥氏体不锈钢(简称304NG)的平衡相图研究。基于Thermo-Calc软件的Python接口,实现了两元素变化平衡相图的计算;考虑了304控氮奥氏体不锈钢的成分范围,开发了一个基于Python的自动执行和提取数据的子程序,它自动生成计算命令,执行Thermo-Calc软件,然后提取输出文件的关键数据,获得的结果以Excel文件存储起来,便于后续的相图分析。编写的程序不仅限于304控氮奥氏体不锈钢,其它化学成分的合金皆可使用此程序完成对相图的计算工作。
The balance phase graph of 304 nitrogen-controlled austenitc stainless steel(304 NG) was carried out using the high-throughput calculation method. Based on the Python interface of Thermo-Calc software, the calculation of the two-element change balanced phase graph was realized. The component range of 304 nitrogen-controlled austenitc stainless steel was taken into account, and a Python-based on subroutine for automatic execution and extraction of data was developed,which automatically generates computational commands and executes the Thermo-Calc software. Then, the key data of the output file was extracted, and the obtained results was stored to the excel file, which facilitates the subsequent phase analysis.The procedure is not limited to 304 nitrogen-controlled austenitc stainless steel alloys, which can be used to the other alloys with different chemical composition to complete the calculation of phase diagrams.
