摘要
采用混合盐原位反应方法制备了5wt%TiB2/A356合金,研究了TiB2含量和Mg含量对该合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,随TiB2和Mg含量的增加,合金中的α-Al相和共晶Si细化,合金的强度增加而韧性下降。A356合金的抗拉强度和伸长率分别为154 MPa和11%,当加入5wt%TiB2后,合金的抗拉强度和伸长率分别达到160 MPa和5.5%;再加入1.5wt%Mg元素后,合金的抗拉强度进一步增加至202 MPa;加入3 wt%Mg元素后,合金的抗拉强度反而降低至168 MPa,伸长率显著降低至0.3%。
In-situ 5 wt% TiB2/A356 alloys were prepared by mixed salt reaction. The effects of TiB2 content and Mg content on the mechanical properties of the alloy were studied. The results show that, with the increase of TiB2 and Mg content, α-Al phase and eutectic Si in the alloy are refined, while the strength increases and the toughness decreases. The tensile strength and elongation of A356 alloy are 154 MPa and 11%, respectively, after addition of 5 wt% TiB2, the tensile strength and elongation of the alloy reach 160 MPa and 5.5%, respectively. With the addition of 1.5 wt% Mg, the tensile strength of the alloy further increases to 202 MPa. With the addition of Mg, the tensile strength of the alloy decreases to 168 MPa, and the elongation decreased to 0.3%.
