二元稀土CeO2和Y2O3协同作用对Ti-Al/WC金属陶瓷复合涂层的影响

摘要 利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、显微硬度仪、盐雾实验机以及摩擦磨损实验机对各类型涂层的截面组织形貌、显微硬度、耐腐蚀性以及摩擦学性能进行分析。结果表明:加入二元稀土氧化物(Ce O2和La2O3)或(La2O3和Y2O3)后,涂层的性能得到改善。而添加二元稀土氧化物(Ce O2和Y2O3)后,涂层的组织得到极大改善,晶粒细化,涂层孔隙、裂纹等问题基本消失,致密化程度提高;涂层的显微硬度为572 HV,是未加稀土涂层的3倍;耐腐蚀性和摩擦学性能也比其他涂层更好。 By scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer,microhardness tester,salt spray tester and friction and wear tester,the cross sectional microstructure morphology,microhardness,corrosion resistance and tribological properties of the coatings were analyzed.The results show that the properties of the coating improve after adding binary rare earth oxide(CeO2 and La2O3)or(La2O3 and Y2O3).After adding binary rare earth oxides(CeO2 and Y2O3),the microstructure of the coating greatly improves,grain refinement and the porosity,cracks and other problems of the coating disappear,densification degree raises;the microhardness of the coating is 572 HV,which is three times of that of the coatings without adding rare earth,and the corrosion resistance and tribological properties of the coating are better than those of other coatings.
