基于熵值法的劳动力流动与农地流转互动耦合关系及时空特征研究

Coupling relationship and spatiotemporal characteristics of labor force flow and farmland transfer based on entropy method

劳动力与土地的流动与重组对农村经济发展具有重要的效率意义。文中通过构建劳动力流动与农地流转的多指标评价体系,结合熵值法测算综合指标值,运用耦合协调度模型,对1995—2015年全国及东中西部地区劳动力流动与农地流转的耦合协调度及时空特征进行实证分析。研究表明:从全国层面看,二者耦合协调关系经历了轻度失调-濒临失调-勉强协调三个阶段,系统间及系统要素间的相互作用不断趋于优化;从地区层面看,二者耦合协调度与经济发展水平及地理环境有着显著的对应关系,东部略高于中部,西部最低,但东部与中部地区的耦合度与协调度存在时空不一致特征。因此,我国应实行差别化的政策措施与激励工具,促进二者协调发展。

The flow and reorganization of labor force and land have important efficiency significance to the rural economic development.This research constructed the multi-index evaluation of labor force flow and farmland transfer,and used the entropy method to calculate the comprehensive evaluation index.By the coupling coordination degree model,the coupling coordination relation and space-time differentiation rule between labor force flow and farmland transfer in China and the eastern,central and western regions from 1995 to 2015 were empirically analyzed.The results are as follows.From the national level,the coupling coordination relation had experienced slight imbalance,near imbalance,barely coordination.The interaction between systems and system elements was increasingly optimized.From the regional level,the degree of coupling and coordination had a significant correspondence with the level of economic development and geographical environment.The eastern region was slightly higher than the middle region,and the western region was the lowest.But the coupling degree and coordination degree in the eastern and central regions were spatiotemporal inconsistencies.Therefore,differentiated policy measures and incentive tools should be implemented to promote the coordinated development.
