祁连山地区农户参与生态补偿意愿与行为研究——以甘肃省张掖市肃南裕固族自治县为例

Farmers′participation in ecological compensation willingness and behavior in Qilian Mountain area

农户参与生态补偿的主动性和积极性是推进生态补偿政策的重要保障。采用张掖市肃南裕固族自治县农户的786份问卷调研数据,利用结构方程模型,实证了农户参与生态补偿意愿的影响因素及参与意愿对补偿行为的作用。研究表明:生态补偿政策感知、生态环境感知显著正向影响农户生态补偿的参与意愿,自然资本拥有量显著负向影响农户生态补偿的参与意愿,农户生态补偿意愿显著正向影响生态补偿行为;农户生态补偿意愿对参与生态补偿行为发挥着部分中介作用;地方依恋能够正向调节生态补偿参与意愿与生态补偿行为之间的关系。

The initiative and eagerness of farmers to participate in ecological compensation are the important insurances to promote ecological compensation policy.Based on data of 786 questionnaire surveys from rural households in Lunan Yugur Autonomous County,ZhangYe City,this research demonstrated the factors that influenced the willingness of rural households to participate in ecological compensation and the effects on compensation behavior,by using the structural equation model.it show that there were three impacts:1)Both ecological compensation policy perception and ecological environment perception had significant positive affect on farmers′willingness to participate in ecological compensation.2)Natural capital ownership had significant negative affect on farmers′willingness to participate in ecological compensation.3)Farmers′willingness to pay ecological compensation had significant positive affect on their behavior.Farmers′willingness of ecological compensation played an intermediary role in ecological compensation.Local attachment positively regulated the relationship between the intention to participate in ecological compensation and the behavior of ecological compensation.
