莱钢6^#1000m^3高炉提高生矿比例操作实践

摘要 莱芜分公司炼铁厂6^#1000 m^3高炉通过采取增设防雨棚及保温设施、加强原燃料管理、优化工艺操作制度和强化炉前出铁组织等措施,在炉况稳定顺行的基础上,提高生矿配加比例到20%以上,有效降低了原料成本,主要经济技术指标良好,取得了显著的经济效益。 For 6^#1000 m^3 blast furnace in the ironmaking plant of Laiwu Branch,by adding the rain proof shed and heat preservation facilities,strengthening the management of raw materials and fuels,optimizing the process operation system and strengthening the tapping organization in front of furnace and other measures,the blending proportion of raw ore was increased to more than 20%on the basis of stable and smooth operation of the furnace,the raw material cost was effectively reduced,and the main economic and technical indexes were good,the remarkable economic benefits were achieved.
