提高型钢2^#265m^2烧结机大烟道温度生产实践

摘要 型钢炼铁厂2^#265 m^2烧结因长期运行,设备老化、系统漏风率高,导致大烟道废气温度低,且南北两侧温差大,严重影响机头除尘效果,不利于脱硫脱硝设备正常运行,产生环保风险。通过降低烧结漏风率和工艺制度调整、完善,使大烟道温度维持合理水平,满足了生产和环保设施运行的双重需要。 Due to long-term operation of 2^#265 m^2 sintering machine in the Section Steel Ironmaking Plant,the low exhaust gas temperature in large flue and the large temperature difference between North and south sides were caused for the equipment aging and high air leakage rate of the system,seriously affected the dust removal effect at the head of machine,and was not conducive to the normal operation of desulfurization and denitrification equipments,further leading to the production of environmental risks.By reducing the air leakage rate of sintering,adjusting and improving the process system,the temperature of the large flue was maintained at a reasonable level,met the dual needs of production and environmental protection facilities operation.
