莱钢1080m^3高炉提升入炉煤粉喷吹质量实践

摘要 分析制约莱钢1080 m^3高炉入炉煤粉喷吹质量原因,重点针对系统温度、喷吹罐罐压、罐底流化调节、原煤配比4项,采取规范上料操作、优化制粉操作、优化喷吹操作等有效措施,实现了小时喷吹误差<0.3 t,有效提升了入炉煤粉的喷吹质量。 In the paper,the reasons that restrict the injection quality of as-fired pulverized coal in 1080 m^3 blast furnace of Laiwu Steel were analyzed,and focusing on the four items of system temperature,pressure of injection tank,fluidization adjustment of tank bottom and raw coal ratio,the effective measures,such as standardizing the feeding operation,optimizing the pulverizing operation and injection operation,were taken,and then the injection error per hour less than 0.3 t was realized,and the quality of pulverized coal injection into furnace was improved effectively.
