摘要
通过分析SNCR尿素液体的腐蚀机理,结合设备频繁腐蚀造成锅炉非停的现状,提出了喷枪的工艺控制与改进措施,避免非停事故的再次发生。
By analyzing the corrosion mechanism of SNCR urea liquid,combined with the current situation of unplanned shutdown of boiler caused by frequent corrosion of equipment,the process control and improvement measures of spray gun were proposed,having avoided the recurrence of unplanned shutdown accidents.
