摘要
刮板运输机作为井下综采三机的关键设备之一,其工作性能、自动化程度影响着整个工作面的生产效率和矿井综合经济收益。结合刮板运输机工作环境和特点,设计了一种智能化控制系统。该系统采用巷道监控、地面调度、远程指导三级网络管理控制技术,通过变频调速技术、链条张力自动控制技术和故障诊断预警技术等,实现了综采工作面的自动化、智能化生产,提高了煤炭的开采效率。
Scraper conveyor is one of the key equipment of the three underground fully mechanized mining machines.Its perfor-mance and automation degree affect the production efficiency of the whole working face and the comprehensive economic benefits of the mine.Combined with the working environment and characteristics of scraper conveyor,this paper designed an intelligent control system.The system adopts the three-level network management and control technology of roadway monitoring,ground dispatching and remote guidance,and realizes the automation and intelligent production of the fully mechanized mining face and improves the mining efficiency of the coal through the variable-frequency regulating speed technology,the chain tension automatic control technology and the fault diagnosis and early warning technology.
