摘要
煤矿井下变电所主要用于将供电系统的电压转换为不同的等级,满足煤矿井下各类用电设备的用电需求,是煤矿井下供电系统的核心,其运行时的安全性和稳定性直接关系到煤矿井下综采作业的安全。随着煤矿井下各类用电设备数量和精密性的不断提升,对供电稳定性提出了更高的要求。为了确保井下变电所供电的稳定性,多数煤炭生产企业均在井下设置专门的维修班长,实现对井下变电站的24 h值守。为了进一步提升煤矿井下的自动化程度,实现减员增效,提出了一种新的煤矿井下变电所无人值守控制系统,以CAN数据总线为控制系统核心,实现对变电所运行状态的无人监控和调节,极大地提升了井下供电系统的供电安全。
The underground substation of the coal mine is mainly used to convert the voltage of power supply system into different levels to meet the power demand of various kinds of electrical equipment in the coal mine.It is the core of power supply system in coal mine.The safety and stability of its operation are directly related to the safety of fully mechanized coal mining operation.With the continuous improvement of the number and precision of various kinds of electrical equipment in the coal mine,higher requirements are put forward for the stability of power supply.In order to ensure the stability of underground substation power supply,most coal production enterprises set up special maintenance team leader in the underground to realize the 24-hour duty of underground substation.In order to further improve the automation degree of the coal mine and realize staff reduction and efficiency increase,this paper proposed a new unattended control system of underground substation in the coal mine,which takes CAN data bus as the control system core to realize the unmanned monitoring and regulation of substation operation state,greatly improving the power supply safety of underground power supply system.
