综采工作面注浆充填过老空区形成再生顶板技术研究

Technical Research on Forming Regenerated Roof by Grouting and Filling through Goaf in Fully Mechanized Mining Face

针对盖州煤业9105综采工作面房柱式开采老空区顶板大面积垮落的实际问题,提出了注浆充填过老空区形成再生顶板的实施方案。详细介绍了注浆充填材料的特性、注浆充填设备的选型、注浆充填工艺流程、充填体力学参数、矿压观测分析等内容,为类似条件矿井的煤炭开采提供了很好的借鉴。

In view of the actual problem of roof collapse in large area in room and pillar mining goaf of 9105 fully mechanized mining face of Gaizhou Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,this paper put forward the implementation scheme of grouting and filling through the goaf to form regenerated roof.It introduced in detail the characteristics of grouting and filling materials,the selection of grouting and filling equipment,grouting and filling process,mechanical parameters of filling body,observation and analysis of ground pressure,etc.,which provides a good reference for coal mining under similar conditions.
