轨道交通智慧安检实现路径研究——基于“滤波”安检的探讨 被引量:4

摘要 轨道交通安检正在经历从传统人工安检向新型“智慧”安检转变。上海地铁在部分站点尝试使用了“滤波”安检,通过对实名乘客的身份进行核查,通过相关评价体系对申请人员进行分类,减少甚至免去进站人员的安检时间,有效提升安检效率。但“滤波”安检在试点过程中也发现了一些问题:使用途径少,受众面较窄;审核方式单一,标准有待优化;人码核对仍有待改善;改建要求较高,前期投入较大。基于此,可从以下方面进行改进:构建基于人像识别技术的安检通行模式,逐步完善“滤波”安检人员审核机制,进一步优化“滤波”通道设置,加大轨道交通安检综合保障力度,等。 The method of security inspection in rail transit system is transforming from traditional manpower to new-styled“smart”way.Shanghai Metro is experimenting the“filter-based”security check within its several stations.It can shorten the time of check-in and greatly increase the inspection efficiency by means of verifying the identity of passengers who are already in real-name registration system and evaluating the applicants’credit according to security assessment report.But there are some problems when piloting the new security method,such as the limitation of access tools and eligible passengers,the defects of the evaluation system and criteria,lack of the effective way to check QR code and the high cost of the equipment re-construction.Therefore,we suggest taking measures to install the check-in mode based on facial recognition technology,to improve the effectiveness of evaluation system,to build the exclusive check-in passage for filter-based inspection,to enhance the comprehensive capacity of the security force,etc.
