SQ3X型切丝机铜排链自动拆装设备的设计

Design of automatic disassembling and assembling device for compression bands in SQ3X tobacco cutter

为解决SQ3X型切丝机铜排链人工拆装工作量大、易损坏等问题,设计一种铜排链自动拆装设备。该设备由排链输送机构、排链节定心机构、销轴拆装机构、销轴抱紧拖拽机构和电气控制系统5部分组成,排链输送与定心机构协作,实现拆装过程中排链节的精确定位;销轴拆装机构与销轴抱紧拖拽机构协作,完成销轴的拆卸与安装;通过电气控制系统对设备进行控制并实时监测数据。以40组SQ3X型切丝机铜排链为对象进行测试,结果表明:与人工拆卸相比,采用自动拆装设备可以节省时间2.155 min/组,且避免了拆装对排链节和销轴造成损伤。该技术可提高铜排链拆装效率,降低切丝机维修费用。

For the convenience of repairing the compression band of SQ3X tobacco cutter,an automatic disassembling and assembling device was designed,which was composed of a compression band conveying mechanism,a band link centering mechanism,a pin shaft disassembling and assembling mechanism,a pin shaft clamping and drawing mechanism and an electrical control system.The compression band conveying and band link centering mechanisms cooperate to precisely position the band links;the disassembling and assembling mechanism and the clamping and drawing mechanism cooperate to complete the pin shaft disassembling and assembling;and the electrical control system controls the device and monitors operation data in real time.The device was tested on 40 sets of compression bands in SQ3X tobacco cutter.The results showed that comparing with manual disassembling,the automatic device saved time by 2.155 min/set,and avoided the damages to the band links and pin shafts.This technology promotes the efficiency of compression band repairs and reduces the maintenance cost of tobacco cutter.
