基于三因制宜对《湖南省新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎中医药诊疗方案(试行第三版)》的解读

Interpretation of diagnosis and treatment scheme of COVID-19 in Hunan province(the third trial version)based on three factors and measures

基于三因制宜解读《湖南省新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎中医诊疗方案(试行第三版)》与国家卫生健康委发布的《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案(试行第七版)》异同及其立意。(1)在湖南方案中,试行第三版的调整更为适合本地发病特点;(2)预防方案人群分类明确,扶正、祛邪主次分明;(3)病因突出湿毒夹燥,治法以润肺清热为主,方药多用辛凉轻剂。

The diagnosis and treatment scheme of COVID-19 in Hunan province(the third trial version)was interpreted based on three factors and measures and compared with diagnosis and treatment scheme of COVID-19(the 7th trial edition)issued by the national health and Health Commission.For the scheme in Hunan Province,the third version is more suitable for the local condition.The scheme shows clear classification of patients and distinct illustration about treatment principal.Damp toxin mixed with dryness is the main cause,and the treatment focuses on nourishing the lung and clearing away heat.Pungent-cool and light drugs are selected for treatment.
