英属哥伦比亚大学创新创业教育生态系统构建及启示

The Construction and Enlightenment of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Ecosystem in British Columbia University of Canada

作为加拿大顶尖高校,英属哥伦比亚大学依托e@UBC、应用科学学院工程设计团队、创意破坏实验室、学生创业俱乐部、Co-op工程合作项目、顶点课程设计和投资资本支持,构建了极具特色的创新创业生态系统。文章从创新创业目标、运行体制、课程体系设置、工程设计创新团队培育四个方面分析和总结了其创新创业教育生态系统构建关键因素,并结合当前我国高校创新创业教育方面存在的不足,提出了有针对性的建议。

As one of Canada's top universities,University of British Columbia(UBC)has built a distinctive innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem by relying on e@UBC,engineering design team of the school of applied sciences,creative destruction laboratory,student entrepreneurship club,Co-operative Education,Capstone design and investment capital support.This paper analyzes the key factors of education ecosystem construction of innovation and entrepreneurship from four aspects:innovation and entrepreneurship goals,operation system,curriculum system setting,and engineering design and innovation team cultivation.Combined with the current deficiencies of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities,the targeted suggestions are put forward.
