摘要
学生就业能力是衡量人才培养质量的重要指标。英国爱丁堡大学在政府支持和自身重视的背景下,QS就业能力排名位居世界前列。该校的学生就业能力战略有着明确的目标规划,毕业生素质要求和就业能力指标体系清晰,在课程设计、就业服务、雇主参与、创业支持等方面均有相应举措,体现了鲜明的校企融合特征。这对于我国高校进一步明确就业能力提升战略,完善就业服务体系,强化校企合作深度有着一定的启示作用。
The employability of students is an important indicator to measure the quality of talent training.The University of Edinburgh in the United Kingdom ranks among the highest in the world in terms of QS employability in the context of government support and its own attention.The school's student employability strategy has clear target planning,graduate quality requirements and employability index systems,also there are corresponding measures in curriculum design,employment services,employer participation,entrepreneurship support,etc.,reflecting a clear school-enterprise integration feature.This has a certain enlightenment role for our colleges and universities to further clarify the employability improvement strategy,improve the employment service system,and strengthen the depth of cooperation between schools and enterprises.
