摘要 以铝合金转向节为研究对象,应用铸造模拟软件对其差压铸造过程进行数值模拟,预测凝固时间、SDAS和缩松缩孔缺陷的情况。以凝固时间、SDAS和缩松缩孔缺陷为质量指标,应用Taguchi方法进行了铸造工艺参数的优化设计,为汽车铝合金转向节差压铸造工艺的开发和参数的优化提供了重要参考。 Aluminum alloy steering knuckle was taken as the research object, and casting simulation software was used to conduct numerical simulation of its differential pressure casting process, so as to predict the solidification time, SDAS(secondary dendrite arm spacing) and shrinkage cavity and porosity defects. Taking the solidification time, SDAS and shrinkage cavity and porosity defects as quality indexes, Taguchi method was applied to optimize the casting process parameters, which provides an important reference for the development of differential pressure casting process and parameter optimization of automotive aluminum alloy steering knuckle.
