摘要
采用不同的压力对汽车套管件用A319铝合金试样进行了挤压铸造成型,并进行了不同压力下试样的力学性能和耐磨损性能的测试、对比和分析。结果表明:随挤压铸造压力的增加,试样的抗拉强度逐渐增大,断后伸长率逐渐减小,磨损体积先减小后缓慢增大,耐磨损性能先提升后缓慢降低。与60 MPa挤压铸造压力相比,采用100 MPa挤压铸造压力时试样的抗拉强度增大了42 MPa,磨损体积减小38.24%。汽车套管件用A319铝合金合理的挤压铸造压力为100 MPa。
The A319 aluminum alloy samples for automobile sleeve fittings were formed by extruded casting with different pressures, and the mechanical properties and wear resistance of the samples under different pressures were tested,compared and analyzed. The results show that with the increase of extruded casting pressure, the tensile strength of the specimen increases gradually, the elongation after fracture gradually decreases, the wear volume decreases first and then increases slowly, and the wear resistance increase the first and then decreases slowly. Compared with those of 60 MPa extruded casting pressure, the tensile strength of the sample increase by 42 MPa, while the wear volume decreases by 38.24%when the extruded casting pressure is 100 MPa. The reasonable extruded casting pressure of A319 aluminum alloy for automobile sleeve fittings is 100 MPa.
