The construction of normal class is an educational management form of students’ideological and political education.It is also an important task for schools to train qualified teachers.In promoting the structural reform of the supply side of teacher training,we must actively play the role of education in class construction.It is necessary to form order management,promote positive observation and feature collaboration to promote the structured construction of the class and create an orderly,organized and guided order-based ecology to help teachers improve their educational abilities and professionalism and achieve the unity of class construction goals and qualified teacher training goals.
