公共图书馆开展少儿创客教育的价值、困境及路径

摘要 公共图书馆开展少儿创客教育不仅能够满足少儿的阅读需求,还可以提高少儿的综合素养,促进少儿个性化发展。目前,公共图书馆还存在少儿创客教育普及率低、教育形式单一、社会资源整合不足、创客教师力量薄弱等问题。为促进少儿创客教育发展,公共图书馆应强化少儿服务意识,创新教育模式,加强创客教育思想宣传,开展丰富多彩的创客活动,提高少儿的科学兴趣和科学素养,培养少儿的创新思维。 Developing the children’s STEAM education in public libraries can not only meet the reading needs of children, but also improve their comprehensive literacy and promote their individualized development. It is of great significance. At present, there are still some the problems such as the low popularization rate, single form of education, insufficient integration of social resources and weakness of teachers on the children’s STEAM education in public libraries. In order to develop the children’s STEAM education, public libraries should strengthen their service consciousness, innovate their educational mode,strengthen the propaganda of STEAM education thought, carry out rich and colorful Maker activities, improve their scientific interests and literacy and cultivate their innovative thinking.
