摘要
盾构机是近年来应用于矿山巷道掘进工程的一种新型设备。与传统的巷道掘进技术相比,采用盾构机掘进,巷道断面能一次成型,支护和衬砌及时,具有安全可靠、工作环境好、施工速度快、施工成本低等优点。作为大型设备,盾构机入井下放技术复杂,施工难度较大。阳煤集团新景公司保安分区巷道掘进中,采用了盾构机施工。通过进风立井,采用常规方式和非常规方式,对拆卸的盾构机零部件进行分类下放;经井底车场、轨道巷、南回风系统巷,完好无损地运抵南回风巷内的安装硐室,安全顺利地完成了盾构机入井下放和运输任务。
The tunnel boring machine is a new equipment applied to the heading engineering of the mine roadway.In comparison with the conventional heading technology of the mine roadway,with the application of the tunnel boring machine,the cross section of the mine roadway could be formed with a one step heading,the support and lining could be timely made.The advantages of the heading would be safety reliability,good working environment,fast construction speed,low construction cost and others.As a large equipment,the technology to set the tunnel boring machine down into the underground mine would be complicated and the construction difficulty would be high.In the mine roadway heading of Bao’an sub-block in Xinjing Company of Yangquan Coal Group,the tunnel boring machine was applied to the heading construction.With the mine air intake shaft,the conventional method and unconventional method were applied to set the dismantled components and parts of the tunnel boring machine down into the underground mine according to the classification.Passed through the mine shaft bottom,the mine rail roadway,south air return system roadway,the components and parts of the tunnel boring machine were well transported to the assembling chamber in the south air return roadway without any damage.To set down into the underground mine and the transportation mission of the tunnel boring machine was safely and successfully completed.
