林用车载并联自调平运动平台的系统可靠度建模及实验 被引量:1

摘要 针对林用车载并联自调平运动平台进行系统可靠度建模,并实验验证分析。运用齐次坐标变换原理解析并联自调平运动平台的运动位置,找出影响并联自调平运动平台的机构参数。在此基础上根据误差允许极限范围,来确定并联自调平运动平台运动轨迹的上下许用边界,进而定义系统可靠度的内涵。根据点可靠定义和系统可靠度内涵来建立点可靠度分析模型和系统可靠度分析模型,再利用实验数据进行分析。结果表明:点可靠度分析模型对并联自调平运动平台的可靠度评价存在较大的误差,不能真实准确地反应并联自调平运动平台的可靠度;而系统可靠度模型则克服了点可靠度分析模型的缺点,能够准确稳定地评价并联自调平运动平台的可靠度。 System reliability modeling and experimental verification analysis are carried out for the forest vehicle-mounted parallel self-leveling motion platform. The homogeneous coordinate transformation principle is used to analyze the movement position of the parallel self-leveling motion platform to find out the mechanism parameters that affect the parallel self-leveling motion platform. The upper and lower allowable boundaries of the motion trajectory of the parallel self-leveling motion platform are determined according to the allowable limit of the error, and the connotation of system reliability is defined. According to the definition of point reliability and the connotation of system reliability, a point reliability analysis model and a system reliability analysis model are established. According to the point reliability analysis model and the system reliability analysis model, the experimental data is used for analysis. The results show that the point reliability analysis model has a large error in the reliability evaluation of the parallel self-leveling motion platform, and cannot truly and accurately reflect the reliability of the parallel self-leveling motion platform. The system reliability model overcomes the point reliability. The shortcomings of the degree analysis model can accurately and stably evaluate the reliability of the parallel self-leveling motion platform.
