容器规格、基质配比和缓释肥对蒙古栎容器苗质量的影响 被引量:23

Effects of Container Size,Matrix Ratio and Slow/Controlled Release Fertilizer on Container Seedling of Quercus mongolica

摘要 采用容器规格、基质配比和缓释肥三因素析因试验设计,研究各因素及其互作效应对蒙古栎(Quercus mongolica)容器苗生长发育的影响,并给出优选方案。结果表明:3个主因素中,容器规格和基质配比对蒙古栎容器苗生长及生理指标影响大于缓释肥,其中容器规格对苗高和地径指标影响最大,而基质配比对根体积和生物量相关指标影响最大,缓释肥仅对高径比指标影响优于前两者。双因素交互效应中,容器规格×基质配比互作效应最大,基质配比×缓释肥互作效应次之,容器规格×缓释肥互作效应最小。三因素互作效应对多数生长及生理指标具有显著影响。隶属函数综合评价表明:容器规格A 4(φ=13.0 cm,H=25.0 cm)、基质配比B 3(V(泥炭)∶V(珍珠岩)∶V(蛭石)=4∶1∶1)、缓释肥C1(w(N)∶w(P2O5)∶w(K 2O)=16∶16∶16)的组合平均隶属函数数值最大,为所有组合中育苗效果最好的组合,且1年生蒙古栎苗高、地径、根体积及总生物量分别达到20.04 cm、5.02 mm、21.56 cm^3、18.65 g。 The experiment was carried out by using the three-factor factorial test design of container specification,matrix ratio and slow/controlled release fertilizer.This experiment was used to study the influence of various factors and their interaction effects on the growth and development of Quercus mongolica container seedlings,and finally to obtain the optimal plan.Among the three main factors,container size and substrate ratio had a greater impact on the seedling height and ground diameter indexes,while substrate ratio had the greatest impact on root volume and biomass related indexes,and slow/controlled release fertilizer only had a better impact on height diameter ratio indexes than the former two.Among the two-factor interaction effects,the container size×matrix ratio had the largest interaction effect,the matrix ratio×slow/controlled release fertilizer interaction effect was the second,and the container specification×slow/controlled release fertilizer interaction effect was the smallest.The interaction effect of the three factors had a significant effect on most growth and physiological indicators.The comprehensive evaluation of the membership function showed that the container specification A 4(φ=13 cm,H=25 cm),the matrix ratio is B3(V(peat)∶V(perlite)∶V(vermiculite)=4∶1∶1),the slow/controlled release fertilizer C1(w(N)∶w(P2O5)∶w(K 2O)=16∶16∶16)had the largest average membership function value,which was the best combination among all combinations,and the one year old Q.mongolica seedling height,ground diameter,root volume and total biomass reached 20.04 cm,5.02 mm,21.56 cm^3 and 18.65 g,respectively.
