应用响应面法优化提取白檀果实花色苷工艺 被引量:4

Extraction Optimization of Anthocyanins from Symplocos paniculata by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以白檀(Symplocos paniculata)果实为原料,采用微波辅助提取技术,研究了微波功率、微波时间、液料比、乙醇体积分数4个因素对花色苷提取量的影响,并根据其结果,采用Box-Benhnken试验设计,利用响应面法对白檀果实花色苷提取工艺进行优化。结果表明:各因素对花色苷提取量的影响由大到小依次为乙醇体积分数、微波功率、液料比、微波时间;各因素对花色苷提取量的影响趋势均随着各因素的不断增大,提取量先增加后减少;提取花色苷的最佳工艺参数为微波功率390 W、微波时间4 min、V(液)∶m(料)=43 mL∶1 g、乙醇体积分数60%。在此条件下花色苷的提取量为678.53 nmol·g^-1,提取率为0.021%。 With the fruit of Symplocos paniculata,microwave-assisted extraction technique was used to study the effects of four single factors(microwave power,microwave time,liquid-solid ratio and ethanol volume fraction)on the extraction amount of anthocyanins.The response surface methodology was used to optimize the anthocyanin extraction process of S.paniculata by using Box-Benhnken experimental design.The descending order of the effects of various factors on the extraction amount of anthocyanins was:ethanol volume fraction,microwave power,liquid-solid ratio and microwave time.The influence of various factors on the extraction amount of anthocyanins was that the extraction amount increased first and then decreased with the increase of various factors.The optimum extraction parameters for extraction of anthocyanins were:microwave power of 390 W,microwave time of 4 min,liquid-solid ratio of 43∶1 mL/g,and ethanol volume fraction of 60%.Under these condition,the extraction amount of anthocyanins was 678.53 nmol/g and the extraction rate was about 0.021%.
