3种杀菌剂对榛子苗期根腐病防效的比较 被引量:3

摘要 为明确吡唑醚菌酯、丙环唑和戊唑醇3种杀菌剂对榛子(Corylus heterophlla)苗期根腐病的防治效果,采用菌丝生长速率法分别测定3种杀菌剂对榛子根腐病菌的抑菌效果,通过田间灌根处理比较3种杀菌剂对榛子根腐病的防效。结果表明:3种杀菌剂对榛子根腐病菌毒力最高的是吡唑醚菌酯,EC 50为0.0539 mg·L^-1,丙环唑次之,EC 50为0.0551 mg·L^-1,戊唑醇的毒力最低,EC 50为0.0747 mg·L^-1。田间施药30 d后,吡唑醚菌酯(有效剂量60 mg·L^-1)防治效果最高,为93.99%;戊唑醇(有效剂量50 mg·L^-1)防效次之,为90.94%;丙环唑(有效剂量10 mg·L^-1)防效最低,为84.50%。施药60 d和90 d的防效较30 d的略低,防治效果趋于稳定。3种杀菌剂对榛子苗期根腐病菌均具有明显的抑菌和防治效果,其中吡唑醚菌酯和戊唑醇可作为榛子苗期根腐病防治的首选药剂。 To clarify the control effect of three fungicides,pyraclostrobin,tebuconazole and propiconazole,on root rot of hazelnut seedlings,the mycelial growth rate method was used to determine the antibacterial effect of three fungicides on hazelnut root rot fungus.The control effects of three fungicides on hazelnut root rot were compared through the incidence of hazelnut root rot after root irrigation using fungicides in the field.The virulence of pyraclostrobin was the highest among three fungicides to pathogen of hazelnut root rot,EC 50 was 0.0539 mg·L^-1,followed by propiconazole,EC 50 was 0.0551 mg·L^-1,and tebuconazole was the lowest,EC 50 was 0.0747 mg·L^-1.After 30-d field treatment,the control effect of pyraclostrobin(Working concentration:60 mg·L^-1)was the highest,and control effect was 93.99%.Secondly,followed by tebuconazole(Working concentration:50 mg·L^-1),the control effect was 90.94%and the control effect of propiconazole(Working concentration:10 mg·L^-1)was the lowest,the control effect was 84.50%.The control effect after 60 and 90 d was slightly lower than that after 30 d,and the control effect tended to be stable.The three fungicides had obvious antibacterial and control effects on the root rot fungi of hazelnut seedlings,among which pyraclostrobin and tebuconazole was the first choice for the control of hazelnut seedlings root rot.
