摘要 电励磁同步电动机矢量控制技术是近几年研究的热点,而磁链观测模型是矢量控制技术的重要环节,合理配置磁链观测模型的系数是准确观测同步电机气隙磁链信息的关键。对于电流模型对电机参数敏感、电压模型存在积分初值偏差的问题,提出一种基于混合气隙磁链观测模型的三电平矢量控制方法。该方法不仅使系统能够在低速段使用开环电流模型,而且在中高速段使用自适应电压模型,同时还实现了两个模型之间的平滑过渡。这使得该方法能够在整个速度范围内精确观测出气隙磁链。四段速度曲线使同步机的整个行程更加平稳。利用MATLAB软件及实验平台对该控制策略进行了仿真和相关实验研究,结果验证了所采用控制方法的有效性。 The vector control technology of electrically excited synchronous motor is a hotspot in recent years,and the flux linkage observation model is an important part of vector control technology.Reasonable configuration of the flux linkage observation model coefficient is the key to accurately observe the air gap flux linkage information of synchronous motor.A three-level vector control method based on hybrid air gap flux observation model is proposed to solve the problems of sensitive current model to motor parameters and integral initial value deviation.This method not only enables the system to use the current model in the low speed section,but also uses the voltage model in the high and medium speed sections.Meanwhile,it realizes a smooth transition of the two models so that the whole model is suitable for accurately observing the air gap flux linkage in the full speed range.The MATLAB software and experimental platform are used to simulate and experimentally study the proposed hybrid air gap flux linkage method.The effectiveness of the proposed control method was verified by the results of the simulation and the experiment.
