摘要 本文设计和实现一种4×4结构、高密度、高性能的瓦片式T/R组件。该T/R组件内部集成有16个收发分时工作的T/R通道,每个通道可以单独开关电、单独进行幅度和相位控制。组件内接收通道增益≥27.0dB,噪声系数≤3.8dB,发射通道输出功率≥23.5dBm,6位数控衰减均方根误差(RMS)≤0.8dB,6位数控移相均方根误差(RMS)≤3.5°。产品尺寸为46mm×38mm×9mm(微波传输方向9.25mm),重量≤40g。 A new tiled type T/R module with 4×4 structure,high density and high performance is designed and implemented in this paper.The T/R module is integrated with 16 receiving and transmitting channels,each of which can be switched on and off separately,and can control amplitude and phase separately.In the T/R module,the gain of the receiving channel is greater than 27.0dB,the noise coefficient is less than 3.8dB,the output power of the transmitting channel is greater than 23.5dbm,the 6-digit controlled attenuation root mean square error(RMS)is less than 0.8dB,and the 6-digit controlled phase shift root mean square error(RMS)is less than 3.5°.The product size is 46mm×38mm×9mm(microwave transmission direction is 9.25mm),and the weight is less than 40g.
