互联网技术的快速发展使得各个方面的网络资源呈井喷式增长,这一方面在很大程度上方便了人们的生活,另一方面也给学术教育等领域带来了一些负面影响,其中比较突出的问题之一就是学术抄袭现象越来越严重,这对我国学术氛围的健康发展产生了严重的影响。基于此,文章首先介绍了计算机程序抄袭检测系统相关技术,主要包括三个方面的内容:模拟匹配技术、相似度算法技术、中文分词技术;之后探讨了计算机程序抄袭检测系统设计及实践,主要包括四个步骤:陈列和选取待检测程序文档的路径及文件名、"一对一"相似度检测的应用功能、详细比对相似度较高的程序文档、抄袭检测系统关键技术的应用实践,希望能够为以后相关方面的研究工作提供一些参考。
