摘要
为了适应高可靠性领域的要求,本文重点介绍了声学扫描显微镜的工作原理。同时,用声学扫描检测技术对经历温循后失效的某型号塑封稳压器进行了无损失效分析,准确而高效地找到了失效部位和失效原因。
In order to meet the requirements of high reliability,this paper mainly introduces the working principle of acoustic scanning microscope.At the same time,the acoustic scanning technology was used to analyze the failure of a certain type of plastic sealed pressurizer after temperature cycling,and the failure location and failure reason were found accurately and efficiently.
