摘要
随着我国社会经济快速发展,各种化工管线的应用数量不断增多,但是因为管道在长时间运行时很容易受到侵蚀,出现裂纹、破损等情况,导致原料泄漏,造成巨大的经济损失。采取多种科学有效的检测方式,确保管道质量得到提高。管道超声导波检测技术能够对管道进行全面检测,也可以极大地节省检测时间,降低检测强度。但是受到管道工作条件、结构尺寸等因素影响,造成超声导波检测对导波励磁方式和传感器使用要求也不尽相同。本文介绍五种不同传感器的工作原理和使用特点,积极探究明确了传感器在管道超声波感应波检测中的选择和记录,以及传感器在超声波检测中的特定应用对策。
With the rapid development of China’s social economy,the number of chemical pipeline applications is increasing,but because the pipeline in the long run is easy to be eroded,crack,damage and other conditions,resulting in raw material leakage,resulting in huge economic losses.Adopt a variety of scientific and effective detection methods to ensure that the quality of the pipeline is improved.The ultrasonic guided wave detection technology can comprehensively detect the pipeline,greatly save the detection time and reduce the detection intensity.However,due to the influence of pipeline working conditions,structure size and other factors,ultrasonic guided wave detection requires different excitation modes and sensors.This paper introduces the working principle and use characteristics of five different sensors,actively explores the sensor in ultrasonic guided wave detection in the selected test record,and makes clear the specific application measures of the sensor in ultrasonic to detection.
