飞机用聚酰亚胺泡沫材料的国内生产与应用 被引量:2

摘要 聚酰亚胺泡沫作为优秀的聚合物材料之一,在航空航天、能源与环境保护、大型机械制造等方面都具有很高程度的应用。本文聚酰亚胺泡沫源于自贡中天胜新材料科技有限公司生产,并与德国生产的AC-530泡沫在容重、力学性能、导热系数、加速老化和耐蚀性等各项性能方面进行测试对比。结果表明聚酰亚胺泡沫的容重比AC-530泡沫低0.5 kg/m^3;力学性能、高频率吸声性能略有提高;耐蚀性、导热系数和柔韧性几乎相当;加速老化、可燃性、低频率吸声性能略有降低。因此本研究的聚酰亚胺泡沫材料具有良好的机械性能、节电性能、耐热、耐辐射和耐磨性能,对扩展我国军用、民用飞机材料有重要意义。 The polyimide foam is one of the excellent polymer material.It has been widely applied in the field of aerospace,energy and environmental protection,large machinery manufacturing and so on.The properties of the AC-530 foam produced in Germany and the polyimide foam produced by the Zigong Tiansheng new Mstar Technology Ltd were compared through test experiments,such as bulk density,mechanical properties,thermal conductivity,accelerated aging and corrosion resistance.The compared result shows that the Zhongtiansheng foam has 0.5 kg/m3 lower than AC-530 in volume weight,the mechanical properties and high frequency sound absorption are slightly improved,they are well-matched in corrosion resistance,thermal conductivity and pliability.Compared with ac-530,the Zhongtiansheng foam has a slight reduction in accelerated aging,flammability and low-frequency sound absorption performance.And therefore,the polyimide foam material sdutied in this paper has excellent properties in mechanical character,electricity saving,heat resistance,radiation resistance and wear resistance.It is of important significance to promote the military and civilian aircraft materials.
