摘要
教育新常态下,"翻转课堂"是近年来比较新的教学手段,在各级教育阶段都有着非常广阔的应用,由于学科以及教学条件的不同,在实施的过程中会有所差异,本文将结合高校乒乓球课教学实际,探讨"翻转课堂"的教学设计与效果。将学生分成实验班和对照班进行相同的教学活动,经过十六周的教学后,对学生进行考核,并对获得数据进行数理分析。结果表明"翻转课堂"教学对乒乓球正手攻球技术和反手挡球技术的教学效果有明显的提升。"翻转课堂"对乒乓球技术教学起到积极效果的同时,也存在一些问题,本文亦提出了相应的完善建议。
Under the new normal of education,the"flipped class"is a new teaching method in recent years with a very wide range of applications at different stages of education.There are some differences in the process of implementation due to the differences in subjects and teaching conditions.Therefore,combined with the teaching practice of table tennis course in the university,the teaching design and effect of the“flipped class”are discussed in this paper.Method:the students are divided into experimental class and control class to carry out the same teaching activities.After sixteen weeks of teaching,the students are examined and the obtained data are analyzed.Conclusion:the teaching effects of table tennis forehand attack technique and backhand blocking technique are obviously improved via"flipped class"teaching.The“flipped class”has a positive effect on the table tennis technology teaching,meanwhile,it also has some problems,and this paper also puts forward some corresponding suggestions for improvement.
