新型Fe^3+分子荧光探针的合成与表征

摘要 本文设计合成新型氨基酸席夫碱受体1(甘氨酸肟-5-硝基水杨醛),对其进行红外光谱扫描,基本确立了其结构.通过UV-Vis和荧光光谱考察了其与Zn^2+,Fe^3+,K^+,Pb^2+,Al^3+,Cd^2+,Li^2+和Mn^2+之间的相互作用.当加入Fe^3+时受体1的DMSO溶液中由浅黄色变成红色,而其它阳离子加入基本不变色,因此新型受体1能够对Fe^3+进行裸眼识别.通过紫外光谱可知,在受体1的DMSO溶液中加入Fe^3+后,随着Fe^3+浓度的逐渐加大,在420nm处的吸收峰的吸收光度值降低,在370nm处的吸收峰的吸收光度值升高,而其它阳离子变化没有铁离子明显.由荧光光谱可知,受体1的最大激发在484nm,最大发射出现在513nm.当加入同浓度的阳离子时,当加入Fe^3+时,受体1在513nm的发射峰出现淬灭,而加入其它金属阳离子,其在513nm的发射峰变化很小或基本不变.从而表明受体1的DMSO溶液对Fe^3+识别的独特性和专一性.
