跨叶间裂生长特性对肺结节良恶性诊断价值的研究

摘要 目的:探讨跨叶间裂生长特性对于肺结节良恶性诊断及鉴别诊断的价值.方法:收集2018年12月~2019年12月期间,在我院经手术取得病理证实的,具有跨叶间裂生长特性的孤立性肺结节,所有病例均行增强CT扫描,通过统计分析其影像特征及病理结果,评价跨叶间裂生长特性在鉴别结节的良恶性中的作用.结果:本组共收集14例具有跨叶间裂生长特性的肺结节,其中肺癌8例,硬化性肺泡细胞瘤1例,肺淋巴结2例,炎性结节3例,肺癌占了绝大多数.结论:跨叶间裂生长特性对于肺结节的良恶性鉴别有一定的特异性,有重要的诊断价值.
