摘要
深度伪造技术(Deepfake)的快速发展给各行各业及人们的生活带来许多活力和便利,但也使其面临着严峻的伦理挑战。以ZAO为代表的相关APP的推出,使得深度伪造技术在国内引起了广泛的讨论和关注。深度伪造技术及其引发的对安全、信任、美德等一系列伦理挑战,必须从后果论、安全原则、预防原则等伦理角度进行反思,寻找与该技术匹配的相关治理对策。
The rapid development of Deepfake has brought a lot of vitality and convenience to all walks of life and people’s lives,but it also faces severe ethical challenges.The launch of related apps represented by ZAO has made Deepfake widely discussed and concerned in China.This article introduces the Deepfake and its series of ethical challenges of safety,trust,and virtue.It reflects on the ethical perspectives of consequence theory,safety principles,and prevention principles,and attempts to find relevant governance countermeasures that match the technology.
