我国增材制造产业发展人才瓶颈探究及建议 被引量:8

Research and Suggestions on the Talent Bottleneck in the Development of Additive Manufacturing Industry in China

摘要 增材制造是多领域技术深度融合的产业,我国正处于技术集中突破期、产业高速发展期,亟需各类优质资源大规模投入。而当前,多领域人才短缺已成为制约我国增材制造产业健康快速发展瓶颈之一。重点解读增材制造人才现状,梳理国家和地方出台的人才支持制度,分析我国增材制造人才发展面临的短板弱项,探究国外人才发展经验,提出完善高校人才培养体系建设、加强职业技能人才队伍建设、优化增材制造人才发展环境的对策建议。 Additive manufacturing is a industry with various fields deeply integrated with each other,in China it is in a concentrated breakthrough period of technology and high-speed development period,which requires large-scale investment of all kinds of high-quality resources.At present,the shortage of talents in many fields has become one of the bottlenecks restricting the healthy and rapid development of additive manufacturing industry in China.The status quo of additive manufacturing talents is interpreted,the talent support system issued by the state and local is combed,the weaknesses faced by the development of additive manufacturing talents in China is analyzed,the experience of foreign talent development is explored,and countermeasures such as improving the construction of talent training system in colleges,strengthening the construction of professional and technological talents team and optimizing the development environment for additive manufacturing talents are put forward.
