Automatic Test System for Thermal Property of Commercial Gas Cooking Appliances

为商用燃气灶具设计热工性能自动化检测系统,实现检测方法的智能化改造。结合热工性能项目需求,对传统检测方法存在局限性问题进行分析,提出自动化检测系统的整体设计方案。利用传感器、PLC、终端动作器和上位机等模块,传感器对热工性能参数进行采集汇总,PLC根据参数判断热工性能是否稳定,控制终端动作器调节参数,燃烧稳定后上位机根据采集到的数据进行实时处理。以燃气蒸箱为例,得到了热工性能自动化检测系统设计图,通过燃气系统、供水系统、辅助设计的协同,满足了商用燃气灶具对一体化、智能化、高效率、高精度的需求。

The automatic test system for the thermal property of commercial gas cooking appliances is designed to realize the intelligent transformation of test methods.Combined with the requirements of thermal property project,the limitations existed in the traditional property methods are analyzed,and the overall design scheme of automatic property system is proposed.By using the modules including sensor,PLC,terminal actuator and host computer,the thermal property parameters are collected and summarized by the sensor.The PLC judges whether the thermal property is stable according to the parameters and controls the terminal actuator to adjust the parameters.The host computer processes in real-time as per the collected data after the combustion is stable.Taking the gas steamer as an example,the design drawing of automatic test system for the thermal property is obtained.Through the cooperation of gas system,water supply system and auxiliary design,the requirements of integration,intelligence,high efficiency and high precision for the commercial gas cooking appliances are met.
