三维协同设计平台在核电工程设计中的应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 三维协同设计平台是数字化、虚拟化、立体化、智能化等技术的融合,由于其直观性强,受到越来越多的核电工程设计单位的青睐。介绍了三维协同设计在核电工程布置设计、模型存储、图形展示中的应用特点,明确其在核电工程设计中应用的优势,分析了工程设计合理性、便于工程数据管理、提高施工图设计质量等方面的作用,阐述了核电工程设计人员在数据库定制、设计变更面临的挑战,并提出改进建议:1)提高设计人员对三维协同设计的适应性和熟练度;2)加大对数据库定制的投入,实现多项目复用;3)形成三维协同设计标准化体系和机制。科学准确应用三维协同设计平台可提升核电工程设计单位核心竞争力。 3D collaborative design platform is an integration of digital,virtual,stereoscopic and intelligent design,which is favored by more and more nuclear power engineering design units due to its intuitiveness.The application characteristics of 3D collaborative design in layout design,model storage and graphic display for nuclear power projects are introduced.The advantages of 3D design for the nuclear power engineering design are ensured,and its impact in improving the rationality of engineering design,facilitating the management of engineering data and improving the quality of construction drawing design are analyzed.The challenges brought by 3D design for nuclear power engineering designers,database customization and design changes are stated,and suggestions for improvement are put forward:1)improve the adaptability and proficiency of designers in 3D collaborative design;2)increase the investment in database customization to realize multi-project reuse;3)form a 3D collaborative design standardization system and mechanism.Scientific and accurate application of 3D collaborative design platform can enhance the core competitiveness of nuclear power engineering design units.
